We’re so happy to hear that the Edgewater pool is such a beloved spot for your community! With its Olympic size and ample seating, it’s the perfect place to cool off and relax on a hot summer day.
Having 60 lounge chairs available for everyone is fantastic, as it ensures that all members of the community can enjoy the pool in comfort. Whether you’re looking to sunbathe, read a book, or simply take a nap, there’s plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and unwind.
The pool is also a great place to socialize and connect with your neighbors. Whether you’re catching up with old friends or meeting new ones, the pool provides the perfect setting for building community and fostering relationships.

Hours of operation:
Pool open: 9am Daily
Pool Closed: 9pm Daily
Extended hours: 11pm with proper approval
Lifeguard on Duty: Noon – 9 pm Daily
Swimmers under the age of 14, may not swim without adult supervision.
Pool Rules
- No running or rough play allowed.
- Intoxicated persons are prohibited from using pool facilities.
- People with illness and open wounds must not use pool.
- Glass not allowed within the pool enclosure.
- Animals, except legal service animals are not allowed in pool enclosure.
- No children under the age of 14 should be in pool without adult supervision.
- No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes allowed in pool enclosure.
- No profanity allowed.
- No loud music or profane lyrics allowed.
- No hard balls allowed in the pool. (footballs, baseballs, hard frisbees, etc.)
- Anyone not abiding by pool rules will be asked to leave and could risk having privileges revoked.
- Children 5 and under must stay within 5 feet of an adult.
- All residents should have their key card.
- Do not open the gate to allow people to enter the pool enclosure.
- Please be courteous and respectful to other pool guest.
- If there is thunder, the pool must cleared for 20 minutes.
- If there is lightning, the pool and pool deck must be cleared for 30 minutes. Patrons should seek shelter.
Key card must be presented to lifeguard upon request

Players must exhibit proper sportsmanship and tennis etiquette. Court Usage EDGEWATER ALTA/USTA TEAMS RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. Residents should realize that they have the primary responsibility for communicating their desire to play on a neighborhood team to the appropriate person by the published deadlines. Just off of the swimming pool and the Lake it is a more intimate gathering space wit an 85 in TV 4 30 in all Oak round tables with chairs. a very modern lounge areas with fireplace. This facilities also has a kitchen that makes it easy to host any type of event from a Bridal shower, Baby Shower, Milestone birthday party to just a social gathering with friends all while looking at the view of the lake on the outdoor living space.
I nice location in the lower part of the main clubhouse just steps from the Playground, the Outback and the Pool . Its a great small place to engage in some fun activities with friends and family, or host a scouts event. Our community facilities are sure to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
The lake is a 30-acre lake with a private boat ramp and dock that allow Edgewater residents to launch their water non-motorized watercraft onto the lake for fishing or just recreation The most popular species caught here are Largemouth bass, Bluegill, and Black crappie. This is a great place to watch the sunrise or sunset over the Lakeside terrace that sits just 200 feet away. There are lots of ducks and other incredible birds that find their way to our banks and wetland we have spotted. Since the lake is shared with the Gwinnett County park, the lake is a place for the deer and other animals from the nature preserve to come down.

The outback is a fresh family oriented play area for everyone! You don’t have a firepit in your backyard? No worries we have one for you! The wood-burning firepit with some supplied firewood (first come, first serve)! We have park benches and Adirondack chairs for you and your friend to enjoy the area as you watch others have fun playing Bocce ball, cornhole, horseshoes, and/or shuffleboard! This is a great area to relax or just have fun in the great outdoors, just steps from the nature reserve wooded area!

We have a beach volleyball sand pit literally in our own backyard! Come down and play with your friends in a fast-paced game of volleyball!

This area has been recently refreshed with all new playground furniture. The playground is also just steps from the pool, clubhouses, the outback tennis and volleyball courts making this a very fun area for the entire family. What is even more exciting is that playground equipment has helped in removing 30,000 reclaimed/recycled plastic bottles from landfills! Edgewater HOA tries to do its part in saving the earth! We have a slide some tot swings and regular swings along with a hut, monkey bars and a bridge! Great safe place for parents to host a playdate that you can walk to!

Our 2 story Gazebo is nestled in between the UCH and the tennis courts is a great place after work to sip on some of your favorite wine while watching a tennis match with friends. You can just sit back and read a book in the great outdoors just under the magnificent pines. It’s a wonderful place to take pictures!

The Center Isle is the grassy area between our upper and lower parking lots! This area has a stone walkway and a few 3-ton boulders perfect for sitting on and reading or just enjoying the scenery under the trees!
Also, the Little Library is located right there! Its a great place to read and sit on a boulder!

The little red library is Edgewater’s way of giving something to the little ones that are just starting to read! This is a wonderful way to share books with our neighbors.
