Vince Johnson  – President of the Board of Directors for Edgewater HOA

Vince has a beautiful family of 2 kids and his wonderful wife, Cynthia. Professionally is a Network Engineer formally with the Secretary of State office but now has moved back to the private sector.  Vince’s mother is a Politician, which may be why he enjoys being on the board.  He is constantly thinking about the many ways to improve Edgewater. One of those projects happens to be this new website.

 For fun, Vince loves to socialize, DJ events, do Portrait & Commercial Photography, Creating Music Videos, and edit whatever!  Next time you see Vince, say Hello!

Dan Cauley  – Secretary

After moving into the neighborhood in 2019, Dan joined the Board in 2022.  He is a practicing litigation attorney at a mid-size law firm in downtown Atlanta, although he enjoys spending his free time outside with his wife and daughters, working in his yard, or grilling on his porch after starting a fire in his firepit.  With a particular interest in continuing to improve on the neighborhood landscape, overall safety, and enjoyability of the amenities for all residents, Dan appreciates the opportunity to contribute toward Edgewater’s continued success as a model neighborhood and great place to raise a family.
