Vince Johnson  – President of the Board of Directors for Edgewater HOA

Vince Johnson serves as the President of the Edgewater Board of Directors and is passionate about creating a thriving, connected, and forward-thinking community. A resident with deep appreciation for family and service, Vince and his wife Cynthia are proud parents of two wonderful children who keep them inspired and grounded.

Professionally, Vince is an experienced Network Engineer, previously serving in the Secretary of State’s Office before returning to the private sector. His strong background in technology, operations, and problem-solving plays a major role in guiding Edgewater’s modernization efforts—including the development of this new community website.

Community leadership runs in his blood; with a mother in public office, Vince has always had a natural drive for local engagement, teamwork, and improving the neighborhood he calls home. He is constantly exploring ways to enhance Edgewater’s amenities, communication, and long-term value for all residents.

Outside of board service, Vince is known for his creative side. He enjoys socializing with neighbors, DJing events, doing portrait and commercial photography, producing music videos, and editing digital content. If you see Vince around the neighborhood, feel free to say hello—he’s always happy to connect.

Butch Poss – Vice President

Butch Poss has served the Edgewater community with dedication for more than 25 years, including 14 years as President of the Board of Directors. Currently serving as Vice President, Butch brings a wealth of knowledge about the history and operations of Edgewater, along with a steady hand for completing community projects and improvements.

Professionally, Butch began his career in the financial services industry in 1988 and has built a successful practice as a trusted resource for his clients. His focus is on Pension Plan and Retirement Strategies for both corporate clients and individuals.

Saehun Kim  – Secretary

Serving his first term on the Board, Sae Hun Kim brings fresh insight and enthusiasm to Edgewater leadership. As a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams, he offers valuable expertise in real estate trends, community positioning, and homeowner appeal.

Sae Hun’s perspective helps the Board consider how decisions affect property value, neighborhood desirability, and the long-term growth of the Edgewater community. His focus is on helping Edgewater remain one of the most attractive and well-maintained neighborhoods in the area.

David Wood – Treasurer

David Wood is serving his third term on the Board of Directors and has been a proud Edgewater resident for over 25 years. Before joining the Board, David led the Edgewater Swim Team as its President, helping the team grow in size and strength while improving facilities and resources for its members.

With a long career as an accountant and B2B CFO® Partner, David provides invaluable financial insight and guidance to the community. His expertise ensures fiscal responsibility and accuracy in partnership with AMAG, keeping Edgewater’s finances on solid ground.

Peter Asher – Member At-Large

Now serving his third term on the Board, Peter Asher brings strong leadership and professional expertise from his extensive career in Information Technology and business operations management.

Peter has held management positions with major companies, including Comcast, where he oversaw business operations and team development. His background in technology and systems integration helps guide Edgewater’s initiatives in infrastructure, communications, and modernization efforts across the community.
